Shipping Policy

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination postcode and are processed as soon as possible depending on availability via express courier SDA or alternative in 2 working days of delivery throughout the national territory.

This Return Policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

1. Right of Withdrawal

As per Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), implementing the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days upon receipt of the product without having to provide any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days starting from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated, acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. Withdrawal Method

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision to us by means of an explicit declaration.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments made, including standard delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from delivery methods other than the standard ones offered by us).
The refund will take place within 14 days from receipt of your notice of withdrawal and we will use the same payment method you chose during the purchase phase, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The products must be returned intact , not damaged And in the original packaging .
  • You will have to return the products at your own expense within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply:

  • To personalized or tailor-made goods.
  • For products that are at risk of deterioration or expiration rapidly (for example, fresh plants or flowers).
  • Sealed goods which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g. sealed soil).

6. Responsibility

If the returned products are damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to reduce the refund in proportion to the loss in value.
