BARS CUTTING SERIES

The bar cutting machines allow rapid, precise and rigorously cold cutting, without deformation,of any type of material. The body of the machine is built entirely in shot-blasted AISI304 stainlesssteel, the cover is shockproof plexiglass with anodized aluminum tubular frame, instead theinternal components of the machine are made with mechanical cast iron, stainless steel or steelprotected with electroless nickel plated.The gripping system consists of a double-clamping self-centering vice,with external control bymeans of a handwheel. The machine is built as full compliance with the strictest safety standardsand it is possible to install infeed and unloaded roller conveyors from 1 to 6 m, which can beequipped with analog or digital measurement systems for bar length.
