The COMPUPRES is characterised by a completely automatic incorporation cycle governed by a special electronic control unit with PLC microprocessor and control on an LCD touch screen display.
Interchangeable embedding unit from diam. 25 to diam. 50 mm; when the embedding unit is inserted, the machine automatically recognizes the diameter of the specimen and reconfigures itself according to the preset cycle. Possibility of preparing two samples simultaneously, using a special spacer. Working force, supplied by an electro-hydraulic control unit, adjustable from 0 to 50 kN, which allows a pressure in the embedding cylinder from 0 to 100 MPa. Control of the working parameters by means of a PLC microprocessor with setting and display via an LCD touch screen.
Machine management software with database composed of standard pre-set incorporation methods and user-selectable methods for various types of materials and/or resins (max 100 total programs). Possibility of changing the work parameters in real time during the work cycle.
Machine available with one or two embedding units. Conforms to CE standards.
It is also available in the "double head - double sample" version to make up to 4 samples simultaneously, two by two independently.
