Developed for the flat grinding of samples with a hardness of 150 HV - 2000 HV. Aka-Flat 220+/75 µm is recommended for the flat grinding of single samples when a large amount of material removal is required. Aka-Flat+ is optimal for the flat grinding of fragile samples such as ceramics, cermets and sintered carbides due to its higher concentration of diamonds compared to Aka-Flat. This makes the grinding action less aggressive, ensuring the best result for this type of samples.
