IMPREGNATION

Samples (porous and friable) that do not have the structural characteristics to withstand cutting operations or that do not have the specifications necessary for the creation of the gluing plane, must be included in cold resins using special moulds.

The vacuum bell allows the ideal creation of sand incorporations and the impregnation of particularly delicate or fragile samples. Thanks to the movable and rotatable crucible, the de-aeration of the sample and the resin can be done separately, while the joining operation takes place subsequently, that is, once the maximum vacuum value has been reached.

This procedure allows you to eliminate any air bubbles that may be trapped inside.
