Computerized cleaning grinder for the preparation of metallographic samples using fully automatic cycles managed by a PLC microprocessor. The INNOVATION R TWIN cleaning machines are equipped with two work stations and a central station for washing and drying the sample holder star. The samples are mounted on the sample holder star which is inserted, using a quick coupling, into the automatic head. The head carries out the work cycle, moving automatically from one station to another, operating in full compliance with the programmed parameters.
An automatic dispenser with nozzles for dispensing the selected abrasive suspensions is connected to the head. The work cycle can be suspended and restarted at any time by means of a special stand-by button. The work cycles can be programmed and stored both when the machine is switched off and during the execution of a cycle. The machine is equipped with a main switch for on and off, an emergency stop button and is made in compliance with CE standards. The work compartment is made of stainless steel and GHA-treated anticorodal.
