Electromechanical testing machine for compression tests with a single test chamber, developed for the measurement of the mechanical resistance of materials under load.
Depending on the needs and types of materials, compression, flexural, breaking, bending, force limit, deformation limit, drawing, etc. tests can be carried out, according to the most common international standards ISO, ASTM, EN and UNI.
The structure consists of a sturdy frame with two partially threaded columns with a fixed upper crosspiece adjustable in height and with the lower mobile part, guided by a preloaded central recirculating ball screw, with no play to ensure maximum precision of movement. The machine is electronically controlled by a digital indicator LBG UDI24pro with a 24-bit microprocessor, a color LCD display with touch-screen size 320x240 pixels and 4 membrane function keys. The machine can also be used via the PC with the LBG EASY TEST software application in a Windows environment, in all test execution phases with real-time graph display and data storage on a PC.
