The bar cutting machines allow rapid, precise and rigorously cold cutting, without deformation, of any type of material. The body of the machine is built entirely in shot-blasted AISI304 stainless steel, the cover is shockproof plexiglass with anodized aluminum tubular frame, instead the internal components of the machine are made with mechanical cast iron, stainless steel or steel protected with electroless nickel plated. The gripping system consists of a double-clamping self-centering vice, with external control by means of a handwheel. The machine is built as full compliance with the strictest safety standards and it is possible to install infeed and unloaded roller conveyors from 1 to 6 m, which can be equipped with analog or digital measurement systems for bar length.
