TR 100 SL
The TR100 SL is a three-axis cutting machine with base and is particularly suitable for cutting large parts of any shape. Stainless steel structure, with adjustable anti-vibration supports, plexiglass cover, stainless steel and cast iron components coated with chemical nickel, cast iron grinding wheel motor and transmission via Poly-V belt. Coolant contained in a wheeled tank housed in the base. The work surface with T-slots (dimensions 180 x 250 mm), protected from corrosion with the special GHA treatment, accommodates any type of locking device and has a longitudinal stroke of 500 mm.
The TR 100 SL is built in full compliance with safety standards:
• low voltage control panel (24 V);
• transparent polycarbonate screen that isolates the work area;
• safety microswitch that stops all functions when the lid is open;
• emergency stop button.
